Accommodation rules

  1. ApartmentsCarlsbad provides services according to its classification corresponding to the level of the Apartment.

 

  1. The accommodation of the guest is always defined during the binding reservation and the corresponding price is charged to the guest for this type of accommodation.
  2. ApartmentsCarlsbad is only authorized to accommodate guests who have a valid accommodation reservation and who register properly. Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid identity document, identity card or passport, sign a registration card, secure a guarantee with a pre-payment in cash or pre-authorization of a payment card in the appropriate amount.
  3. If the guest does not present a valid identity document (citizen card, passport), ApartmentsCarlsbad is entitled to refuse accommodation to the guest with regard to the Act on Local Fees for Czech citizens and Act 314/2018 Coll. for foreign clients.
  4. On the basis of the confirmed order, ApartmentsCarlsbad is obliged to accommodate the guest from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If the guest does not specify the time of arrival when ordering or within 24 hours before arrival, ApartmentsCarlsbad reserves the right to accommodate the guest at its discretion between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. during this time, the room is reserved for the guest, unless otherwise specified in the order. Possible early and late accommodation before 2:00 p.m. and after 7:00 p.m. must be agreed in advance, at the time of room reservation, and wait for approval and possible pricing of this above-standard service of ApartmentsCarlsbad.
  5. ApartmentsCarlsbad is not obliged to accommodate guests without a previously confirmed reservation and guests arriving after 19.00.
  6. If it is not possible to extend the guest's stay in the room in which he was accommodated upon arrival, the hotel is entitled to offer another room.
  7. ApartmentsCarlsbad reserves the right to change the accommodation unit (apartment) or transfer the guest to another apartment.

         9. ApartmentsCarlsbad is only liable for damage to stored items if the items have been handed over to one of the hotel staff for safekeeping. They are not responsible for other postponed or forgotten belongings of the guests.


         10.  Since ApartmentsCarlsbad does not have a guarded parking lot, it is not responsible for damages that occur to the motor vehicle or other means of transport of the accommodated guest in the parking lot in front of or behind ApartmentsCarlsbad.

 

 

                                           General accommodation rules

 

  1. Social spaces (hallway, yard) are intended for receiving visitors. In the accommodation area, visitors can only be accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with the approval of the ApartmentsCarlsbad employee.

Outside of this time, only accommodated guests have access to the accommodation area.

  1. In case of illness or injury of the guest, ApartmentsCarlsbad will provide medical assistance if the worker is informed by the guest. The fee for the transfer and treatment is paid by the guest himself.

 

  1. All areas of ApartmentsCarlsbad are non-smoking. In case of violation of the ban, you will be charged a contractual fine of 2500 CZK (100 €). Guests of ApartmentsCarlsbad are not authorized to move any furniture and equipment and to carry out any interventions in the electrical network and facilities located in the apartments or in the common areas of ApartmentsCarlsbad. For safety reasons, guests may only use electrical appliances that are used for their personal hygiene (hair dryers, shavers, massagers, etc.) as well as laptops, tablets and similar small electrical appliances.
  2. Guests are entitled to use free wireless internet connection via wifi in all areas of ApartmentsCarlsbad.
  3. Dogs and cats, other animals are not allowed.
  4. parking is possible in the parking lot. The host is not responsible for any theft of the vehicle or items in it.
  5. From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., guests are obliged to respect the nighttime silence.
  6. If the guest does not respect the night silence from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., ApartmentsCarlsbad has the right to evict the guest.
  7. If the accommodated person under the influence of alcohol or narcotics does not provide a guarantee of compliance with the accommodation regulations, he may be denied entry to ApartmentsCarlsbad. Repetition of this situation will be grounds for termination of such person's accommodation.
  8. In exceptional cases, ApartmentsCarlsbad is entitled to offer the guest accommodation other than the one ordered. However, this accommodation must not differ significantly from the one originally confirmed.
  9. You are allowed to consume your own drinks and food in the ApartmentsCarlsbad premises.
  10. In the event that the guest is interested in arriving by helicopter or other non-standard means of transport, he undertakes to inform ApartmentsCarlsbad of this fact no later than 2 days before arrival. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by arrival, departure, landing or departure.

  12. Guests are obliged to familiarize themselves with the accommodation rules and comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules. If the guest violates them, ApartmentsCarlsbad has the right to terminate the guest's stay before the originally agreed departure date.
  13. If the guest has any justified wishes or complaints during the stay, he can contact the relevant staff, who will make every effort to satisfy the guest's wishes.

 

 

                 Safety, responsibility of the guest for the damage caused

 

  1. It is prohibited to carry or keep weapons in all areas of ApartmentsCarlsbad.
  2. For safety reasons, children under the age of ten may not stay in the room or in other areas of ApartmentsCarlsbad without the supervision of an adult.
  3. Their legal representative bears full responsibility for any damage caused by children.
  4. Guests are responsible for damage caused to property and room furnishings.
  5. The guest pays for the damage caused by him, unless he can prove that he was not at fault.
  6. This claim also applies to damage that is discovered only after the guest's departure.
  7. It is necessary to report the damage caused immediately to the staff of ApartmentsCarlsbad.Any injuries to health that occur in the premises of ApartmentsCarlsbad or at the apartment, the guest is obliged to report immediately. A written record will be made of the accident.ApartmentsCarlsbad is not responsible for injuries or damage to health caused by guests during their stay.

                                            Departure from ApartmentsCarlsbad

 

  1. The guest uses the apartment for the agreed period of stay. Unless otherwise agreed and approved in advance, the guest must check out no later than 10:00 a.m. on the last day of their stay and must vacate the apartment by this time. If he does not do so, ApartmentsCarlsbad is entitled to charge the guest for the next day's stay, or at least part of it.
  2. If the guest leaves his personal belongings in the apartment after the check-out time (10.00) on the last day of the stay and does not respond to the eviction notice, ApartmentsCarlsbad is entitled to empty the room and keep the belongings.
  3. Guests must turn off water taps and doors, turn off appliances and turn off lights when leaving the apartment. When checking out from ApartmentsCarlsbad, they must leave the keys inside the apartment.
  4. It is not allowed to take anything from the equipment or inventory of the apartments.
  5. The guest is obliged to pay for any damage caused to the equipment or facilities at ApartmentsCarlsbad during their stay.
  6. In case of lost keys, the guest is obliged to immediately report the loss to an employee of ApartmentsCarlsbad. In the event that they do not do so, ApartmentsCarlsbad is not responsible for any damage caused by the loss of the keys. A fee of CZK 1,000 is charged to the guest for lost keys. The guest is obliged to pay this fee before departure.

 

                                                       Gift cards

 

 

  1.   The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for money.
  2.   The gift voucher must be used in full.
  3.   Service will not be provided without presentation of the gift voucher.
  4.   After the expiration of the validity period of the voucher, the recipient of the service loses the right to provide             the service, and the obligation of the service provider expires upon the expiration of the validity period.
