This document describes the Terms of Personal Data Processing pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, General Data Protection Regulation.

Customer:
A natural or legal person using the services of the accommodation facility, hereinafter referred to as the "guest". The accommodation facility undertakes to process the personal data of guests in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The accommodation facility undertakes to take such technical, personnel and other necessary measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, its alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transmission, other unauthorized processing or other misuse of personal data .
The accommodation facility undertakes to technically and organizationally ensure the protection of processed personal data and that all obligations of the administrator of personal data resulting from legal regulations and regulations are personally and organizationally secured. By sending a reservation and communicating with us, you provide us with your personal data - name, surname, email, address and phone number.
The purpose of this communication is to provide the accommodation service that the guest ordered himself, i.e. it is a purchase contract concluded by the customer, concluded online, by post, email or by phone. Furthermore, accommodation providers collect and process guests' personal data without the need for their consent, as they carry out the processing stipulated by a special law.
This is Act 565/1990 Coll. on local fees and Act 326/1999 Coll. on the residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic. According to Act 565/1990 Coll. about local fees, we are obliged to enter the personal data of the guest in the Accommodation Book upon check-in - name, surname, address, ID number, citizenship, purpose of stay, start and end of accommodation.
This is the processing of personal data, stipulated by a special law. According to Act 326/1999 Coll. regarding the stay of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic, we are obliged to keep an Accommodation Book, in which we enter the personal data of foreign guests - name, surname, date of birth, citizenship, purpose of stay, identity card or passport number, or visa, beginning and end of accommodation. We are obliged to report this data to the foreign police within 3 days of arrival. We keep the personal data of the guests in the Accommodation Book, which is kept in printed form in a locked area. Only the owner works with the personal data of the guests, on the premises of the accommodation facility.
The accommodation facility will prevent unauthorized reading, creation, copying, transfer, modification or deletion of records containing personal data. We handle guests' personal data exclusively within the framework of the services provided by the accommodation facility.
For marketing purposes, we do not use guests' personal data and do not provide them to third parties, the exception being the fulfillment of the notification obligation according to Act 326/1999 Coll. on the residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic.
The guest has the right to ask the accommodation facility for an overview of his personal data. In the case of a request to delete personal data, the accommodation facility will delete the requested personal data of the customer after the statutory period of 6 years has expired.
